Animal Shelter Remodel (2020-2022)

The most extensive project the Tracy family has ever taken on. This shelter had been abandoned for over two years and was considered a throwaway property. It just so happened to also have 5 acres of land and private access to one of the best mountain ranges in the area. Nick and Jenna Tracy knew it was a worthy investment. They spent nearly two years converting it into a 3-bedroom home. Check out the video!

St Augustine Remodel (2023)

After taking an RV trip across the US as a family, the Tracys settled down in beautiful Saint Augustine, FL. Shortly after their arrival, they purchased a home in the San Salito neighborhood.
